(2000 metriv do Andriivky)
Director Mstyslav Chernov shocked the world three years ago with his Oscar-winning testimony 20 Days in Mariupol. Now he pushes his portrayal of the banality of war and evil even further, bringing the audience directly to the front line. He joins the Ukrainian soldiers himself as they face increasingly fierce resistance with every meter advanced. Death lurks behind every bush, every tree. The urgency of the testimony is heightened by first-person camerawork that evokes a video game—that is, of course, until the viewer realizes that everything unfolding on screen is the reality of a senseless and brutal war. (The film contains explicit war scenes.)
