Monika Hanych is a human rights activist and head of the Constitutional Court's analytical team. She lectures at Masaryk University and the Judicial Academy. She focuses on human rights, freedom of expression, disinformation, and hate speech. She is a member of the Council of Europe's Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights. She has worked in the Office of the Government Representative before the European Court of Human Rights and in the Office of the Public Defender of Rights.
