Jiří Krejčík teaches at the Department of Asian Studies at Metropolitan University Prague and also works at the Department of Political Philosophy and Globalization Research at the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences. He is interested in the intertwining of tradition and modernity in contemporary Indian political discourse, with a particular focus on issues of the environment, development, and sustainability.
