Sylvie Stretti is the director and therapist at the Vigvam Counseling Center and a therapist for bereaved families at the Children's Support Care Team at Motol University Hospital in FNMH. She works therapeutically with children, adults, and families and is involved in addressing the topic of death in education.

She is a graduate of the Hussite Theological Faculty of Charles University in Prague, where the topic of her dissertation was The Death of a Loved One in the Context of Spirituality. She is a crisis interventionist, having worked on various helplines for more than 11 years. She is also a graduate of training in Systemic Family Therapy (organized by the Family Therapy Center in Motol), including mandatory supervision. She is also a participant in psychotherapeutic training in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (organized by the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy and Psychological Counseling).
