Adéla Sedláková is a peer consultant and member of the management team at Úsměv mámy (Mum's Smile), where she has been involved in project management and the development of support activities since 2019.

She supports women experiencing mental health issues during motherhood and leads support groups. She is also an illustrator and author of Úsměv mámy's educational materials, which help to address the topic of mental health in a clear and sensitive manner.

Her work is also based on her own personal journey, which includes two episodes of severe postpartum depression.
