Tereza Kadlecová leads and facilitates parenting preparation courses for LGBT+ couples planning to start a family at Prague Pride. In the past, she has organized meetings for social mothers and co-authored brochures for rainbow parents, She and She Are Planning a Family and He and He Are Planning a Family. She regularly speaks about the status and needs of rainbow families at festivals, universities, and in the media.

She draws inspiration not only from her numerous contacts with rainbow families, but also from her own experience—she is raising two sons with her partner and two gay men.

In addition to her work with Prague Pride, she is also the executive director of the Pride Business Forum Foundation and is dedicated to improving the status of LGBT+ people in the workplace.
