Under the Same Sky
Under the same sky, a completely different world exists. This documentary film offers an intimate look into the daily reality of Gaza’s inhabitants and shows what life looks like amidst constant threat.
(The Sad Story of the Little Mouse Who Wanted to Become Somebody)
An animated Christmas tale about a clever little mouse driven by the pursuit of recognition and success, only to discover what is lost when genuine creativity is replaced by corporate practices and machinery.
Once upon a time, there lived an ambitious mouse who made toys. Tirelessly, she invented innovative, handcrafted playthings for children, yet her efforts to gain recognition went unnoticed. She watched as people consistently chose mass-produced, soulless toys over her careful craftsmanship, growing ever more bitter. When Santa Claus himself finally approaches her, recognizing that she has something to offer, the mouse accepts his proposal. This VR reimagining of Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol blends dark humor with striking animation. Reflecting on themes of labor, ego, and ambition, the film reveals how the drive to climb the corporate ladder can cause one to lose sight of the true value of creativity.
