Helena Dyndová

Helena Dyndová (Exnerová) is a religious scholar. She works at the Institute of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Charles University, where she researches manifestations of contemporary religiosity – what people believe in today, what spiritual paths they prefer, and how these beliefs and practices are reflected in everyday life and relationships. Her research focuses on alternative spirituality (better known in Czech under the abbreviation "ezo"), especially shamanism and healing.
In addition to academic articles, she is the author of the book Český šamanismus v rozhovorech (Czech Shamanism in Interviews) (Prague: Dingir, 2018).
