Parkour Workshop

Kasárna Karlín, Prvního pluku 20/2, Prague 8

ATTENTION! THE START OF THE WORKSHOP IS POSTPONED TO 7PM

------------------

Running through narrow streets, effectively overcoming obstacles, handsprings, and somersaults – for the protagonists of the documentary Just One More Jump, this is their only escape from the harsh reality of the Gaza Strip. You can try out this enticing sport for yourself before enjoying an open air screening of this emotionally gripping film.

At this event organised in cooperation with the Czech Parkour Association and held in the attractive setting of the Karlín Barracks, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the basics of what is a dynamically developing and increasingly popular sport under the supervision of professional teachers from the In Motion Academy and Prague Parkour PK1 clubs. Who knows, but maybe after completing this workshop you’ll become a passionate parkour enthusiast.
