Category: Panorama

Five charismatic young Palestinian women put together the first team of female racing drivers in the Middle East. They are joined by a passion for fast cars, the courage to assert themselves in a traditionally male field, and a willingness to compete before an audience and with each other. They come from different family backgrounds, are motivated by different desires, and face different fates. Meanwhile they train, compete, quarrel and reconcile, plan for the future and live out their loves, full of verve, and all in an occupied territory, among curfews and restrictions on freedom of movement, even in their nearest surroundings.
