One World
One World is one, whether it is held in Prague or regions
The uniqueness of One World is that it is not one centralised event. However, it is spread out spatially and temporally across the Czech Republic, social context and individual personalities of all who participate and collaborate on it. The festival takes place in dozens of cities and towns annually.
Festival Accessibility
For the fifth year in a row, accessibility has been one of the key goals of our festival. We consider the right of access to culture to be a fundamental human right, and we strive to open the festival to all to whom an ordinary visit to a cinema can be difficult or even impossible.

About the Festival One World
Are you interested in current world events? Are you concerned about human rights violations? Do you like documentaries? This unique festival, organised by Czech NGO People in Need, is the world's largest festival of its kind. Focused on human rights issues from all around the world, the festival is one of the most visited cultural events in the Czech Republic.
