A description of accessibility measures

To provide you with a full festival-going experience, we have introduced the following services

Audio Description

Audio description

Selected films come with an audio description that allows the audience with a visual disabilities to hear an audio description of the film’s visual presentations.

Viewers listen to the audio description through headphones. 

On our OW Online streaming platform you can filter the films with audio description.

Open captions for the Deaf and hard of hearing


All films have Czech subtitles.

Selected films have open captions for the Deaf and hard of hearing, which indicate sounds, disturbances and indicate who is speaking. 

On OW Online you can filter the films with open captions.

In programme, open captions are labelled SDH.

Discounted Packages

On you can buy a discounted package of 5 tickets for CZK 500 or 10 tickets for CZK 1,000. You will receive 5/10 codes in the e-mail. Then you can choose the specific film you are going to, select the "I have a package" admission category, enter the discount code and after filling out the shopping form, you will receive the ticket you selected in the e-mail.

The voucher code for a given screening can be used up to one hour before the screening.

Tickets to all Prague screenings will be available for presale online at from 2 March 2022, or offline from 23 March 2022 at individual festival venues and infopoints. 

Admission to the VR space (One World Interactive programme section) is CZK 130. The ticket is valid for one hour, which gives you enough time to experience 2–3 VR projects. 

Accredited festivalgoers can pick up their tickets (for CZK 0) at festival infopoints or at the venue where the film will be screened (30 minutes before the start of the screening, at the latest).
