The struggle for creative freedom and freedom of speech in Belarus is at a turning point. The perseverance and courage of thousands of protesters calling for change and democracy have so far met with the same relentless state violence and arrests. What does the future hold for the members of the independent Belarusian Free Theatre? The whole country has now become a stage on which everyone is forced to take a role in the real struggle for the future of Belarus.
