The press accreditation conference will take place on April 2, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. at the MAT cinema (Karlovo nám. 19). Accreditation can be picked up at the press service desk at the Lucerna cinema (Vodičkova 36) from April 8th-16th. A Press Center will be open during the festival at the Lucerna cinema from April 8th to April 16th. Apply for accreditation here. A CD-ROM containing photographs, film synopses, and other information is available for journalists. Sign up for our mailing list to receive more information, materials, and invitations to festival events! Press accreditation is valid at the following venues: Lucerna cinema (Vodičkova 36), Aero (Biskupcova 31), French Institute (ţtěpánská 35), and Roxy - NoD (Dlouhá 33). At each venue there is a festival service desk (not the box office) where journalists are admitted to the screening. Only journalists with festival accreditation will be admitted. Press ID cards are not valid. With press accreditation, journalists also have free access to all accompanying festival events. Due to space limitations there are no free passes to screenings at Evald (Národní 28), Praha Art - small hall (Václavské nám. 17), Ponrepo (Bartolomějská 11), Perštýn (Na Perštýně 6), British Council (Národní 10), and the Hungarian Cultural Institute (Rytířská 25-27). If you wish to attend screenings in these cinemas, please contact in time the guest service at the festival center and they will arrange it for you.
