is presented for the outstanding use of music and sound in a documentary film. Jiří Hubička has worked for Czech Radio since 1974 as a producer of radio plays. He is currently editing a book on the history of radio broadcasting and is the author of several radio plays and other dramatic productions. He served as a member of the jury awarding radio plays at the Prix Italia 2000 festival. |

| Vlastimil Hankus has worked for
Czech Radio since 1966, currently for its Internet news division, Ižurnál.
Hankus was instrumental in the creation of Czech Radio’s morning talk-radio
show, The Morning Block, and served in a top management
position at the establishment of Czech Radio 1 (Radiožurnál). |

| Ladislav Reich has worked for Czech
Radio since 1983 and is currently chief sound engineer at one of the Radio’s
divisions. He graduated from the Cinema Studies department at the Film Faculty
in Prague (FAMU) in 1992. His documentary The Birth of
Carolina was awarded the Prix Bohemia Radio prize in 1994. |
