Maria, Maiken and Silan have never been the most popular girls in their class. Thanks to their shyness they have kept to themselves and find making friends extremely difficult. It sometimes even seems that they are invisible to their classmates. Nevertheless, all three know that they won't solve their problems by escaping to the realm of the imaginary - they have no alternative but to tackle real life head on.
