Pepa, 14, lives with his parents in north Bohemia. From the age of seven he has spent all his free time doing odd jobs in order to make money and help his unemployed parents. Whether there will be food on the table is of far greater interest to him than toys. He finds it hurtful that others look askance at him. Pepa's dream is to get an education, own his own home and create a comfortable life for his family.
